Robin Moseley
Mr Robin Moseley, who is British, is a teacher and Chartered Educational Psychologist with over 40 years’ experience.
Mr Moseley qualified as a teacher at Newland Park College, Institute of Education, Oxford University in 1968 and started work as a teacher in London where he specialised in teaching children with learning, emotional and behavioural difficulties. In 1973 he qualified as an Educational Psychologist after studying at Birkbeck College, the Institute of Education and University College, all three institutions being part of London University. He holds three degrees in Psychology, Child Development and Educational Psychology. Mr Moseley practised as a psychologist in Essex, London and Herefordshire and then in 1982 started working for the British government in Cyprus and from 1985 in Hong Kong. For six years, he was a part-time tutor in Educational Psychology at Hong Kong University.
Mr Moseley moved to Singapore in August 1992 to work at Tanglin Trust School where he was Consultant Educational Psychologist and Head of Learning Support. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) since September 2002.

Lee Siang
Mr Lee Siang is the Chief Operating Officer of the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) and oversees the day to day operations of and co-ordination between the various DAS divisions and subsidiary companies. He sits on the Board of DAS subsidiaries, DAS Academy and DAS international and is also the Acting Executive Director of DAS Academy. Siang is a member of the US-based International Dyslexia Association Global Partners Committee. He has over twenty years of experience in leadership and management of which 12 years was at the senior level in non-profit organisations.
Siang observes that "unlike other industries, work in a non-profit organization gives you immense satisfaction that your efforts are helping clients who need your support and who are likely to not receive it otherwise !" After a successful stint with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) where he still holds the national service rank of Major, Siang was first the General Manager of the Medical Alliance Corporation, a medical supplier with over 300 retail clients and 21 franchise outlets in Singapore. He was subsequently the General Manager of the Singapore Thong Chai Medical Institution, a training and research institute which also sees up to 800 outpatients a day and is possibly the oldest non-profit organisation in Singapore.
Siang joined the DAS in December 2001 and has played a key role in the rapid growth of the DAS into a thriving social enterprise with a multi-disciplinary professional work force that provides a continuum of psychological, educational and training services for over 2,100 dyslexic students, their teachers and parents in 10 centres all over Singapore and the region. He emphasizes that the "DAS must strive to fulfill our social mission by combining entrepreneurial and business skills with the philanthropic characteristics of non-profit organisations".
Siang was a student at one of Singapore's premier schools - Raffles Institution. A keen sportsman, he was captain of the Singapore Combined Schools Rugby Team in 1985. Siang obtained his Bachelor's Degree from the National University of Singapore via the sponsorship of a Singapore Armed Forces Training Award. He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from the Singapore Institute of Management, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Western Australia, a Certificate in Dyslexia Studies and a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education from the London Metropolitan University. He is presently completing a Masters in Specific Learning Differences, also with the London Metropolitan University. It is this unique balance of experiences and qualifications that has allowed Siang to oversee the diverse services and functions of the DAS.

Corina Lai
Mrs Corina Lai was a member of the Executive Committee at Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) since 1993, holding the position of Treasurer. Since 1 November 2004, she joined DAS as a full time employee, heading the Finance Department. She is a qualified accountant and has over 30 years of working experience. She started her career as an external auditor with Price Waterhouse for 5 years before joining the commercial section. Before joining DAS, she worked mainly in public listed groups such as Metro Holdings, Cold Storage group, AsiaMedic and Popular Holdings.
Corina has a son who was diagnosed as dyslexic in 1993. At that time, not many people were aware of this condition and in order to understand the subject more, she joined DAS and was invited to be a member of the Executive Committee. During that period, Corina was active in the Parents Group and she was the facilitator for many sharing sessions. She has a passion for the organisation and is enthusiastic in helping dyslexics achieve.
