Course Overview
The MA is structured on a modular format with two interim awards:
For the award of MA in Specific Learning Differences, students have to complete 6 modules equivalent to 120 credits
and also a dissertation equivalent to 60 credits, totalling 180 credits. (3 Core modules SCET; SDSA; SLA;
2 Designate modules, the Research Methods module, and a 20,000 word Dissertation).
The interim awards offered are Postgraduate Certificate, for students exiting with 60 credits and Postgraduate
Diploma for students exiting with 120 credits.
