* Caregivers Training Grant (CTG) is applicable for DAS workshops only. Co-Pay only $10 with CTG, subject to the availability of funds in your CTG account. For more information regarding the CTG administered through the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), please click here.

Course fee payment

  • Full course fee payment must be made 3 weeks prior to the commencement of the course to confirm your placement

  • All registrations must be submitted 48 hours before commencement of the workshop. Failure to do so will result in non-registration
  • Placement for registration with cheque payment will only be confirmed upon clearance of the cheque issued

  • Cheque - Payable to 'DAS Academy Ltd'. Registration form and accompanying cheque must be sent to: DAS Academy Ltd, 73 Bukit Timah Road, #05-01 Rex House, Singapore 229832

**Payment must be made in person at the DAS Academy (Rex House). For walk-in payments, please avoid lunch hours from 12.30pm - 2.00pm.   • No refund will be provided once payment is made for your registered course
  • However, you may opt to use this payment for the enrolment of a replacement course of your choice that must be of an equivalent or higher course fee. The option for a replacement course must be utilised within 12 months from the start date of the cancelled course
  • No refund will be provided for a replacement course with a fee lower than the first registered course
