Guest Lecturer, Assistant Director (Staff Professional Development), Educational Advisor, Lead Educational Therapist & RETA Fellow

Rebecca joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) in 2014 and currently serves as Assistant Director (Staff Professional Development), Educational Advisor, and Lead Educational Therapist. In her role as Assistant Director, she leads and supports staff professional development initiatives, including training, mentoring, and capability-building across the organisation. She works closely with teams to ensure high-quality instructional practices and continuous professional growth.

As an Educational Advisor, Rebecca provides guidance and mentoring to fellow Educational Therapists, supporting them in instructional decision-making and professional practice. In her role as a Lead Educational Therapist, she continues to work directly with learners, providing classroom-based literacy intervention and ensuring that student needs remain at the heart of her work. She is passionate about empowering both educators and learners.

Rebecca holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Teaching from NTU–NIE, a Postgraduate Certificate in Special Educational Needs, and a Specialist Diploma in Specific Learning Differences. She has also attained the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) from Institute of Adult Learning (IAL), is trained in Primary Mathematics by the Marshall Cavendish Institute, and is a Fellow of the Register of Educational Therapists Asia (RETA).
