COURSE OBJECTIVES

 

This course aims to equip participants with an understanding of educational psychology and its impact on parenting, teaching, and learning styles. Participants will gain deeper understanding about the importance of educational psychology in teaching and learning, and that no single learning approach or style will fit every learner with SpLDs. This course will help participants study the cognitive processes, developmental needs, intelligences, abilities and adopt different techniques for effective teaching, as well as appreciate the link between theories and practices of teaching and learning.

  • A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who attain at least 75% attendance but do not wish to undertake the assessment.
