Does your child put off starting work, give up easily, or only seem motivated when a reward is offered? This practical workshop helps parents better understand what may be influencing their child’s motivation, from past experiences to the value they see in a task. Through relatable examples and practical strategies, learn how to create a supportive home environment that encourages your child to begin, persist, and become more independent while maintaining a positive parent-child relationship.
This workshop will empower you with practical and relevant strategies and approaches to build key executive function skills to help your children become more effective in managing themselves.
This workshop will cover both the theoretical and practical aspects of supporting learners with learning difficulties in solving Maths word problems using heuristics and other problem-solving approaches.
