REFUND (FOR WORKSHOPS & CERTIFICATE COURSES)
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
In the event that a participant is not able to attend the course, he/she has to notify DAS Academy two weeks before the commencement of the course. He/she will then be able to do a one-time replacement for another course that is of the same course fee or higher. Participants are required to top-up the initial payment in the event that the fee of the replacement course is higher.
Note that only a one-time replacement is allowed WITHIN 12 MONTHS FROM THE Date of the initial COURSE registered for
A full refund will only be given if the cancellation of the course is initiated by DAS Academy.
REFUND (FOR SPECIALIST DIPLOMA AND MA SEN)

Where the Student withdraws from the Course for any reason other than those set out in Clause 2.2 or Clause 9, the PEI shall, subject to Clause 3.5, as soon as practicable after receiving the Student’s written notice of withdrawal (and in any event no more than seven (7) working days after receiving such notice) refund to the Student the following sums (less any applicable bank administrative charges properly paid/payable under clause 3).

Late Payment for Specialist Diploma and MA SEN
A late payment fee of $32.10 will be incurred for every due date missed.
