Lois has worked at DAS since 2005 as a psychologist. She graduated with a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore and later with a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. She is a registered psychologist and supervisor with the Singapore Psychological Society. She has developed a specialisation in the assessment of dyslexia and continues to supervise psychologists at the DAS. She also has a continuing interest in furthering dyslexia research in Singapore.
