Jolene has over a decade of experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN). She began her career as an English teacher trained in SEN and as a Dyslexia Coach with the Ministry of Education (MOE), before joining a Social Service Agency as an Educational Therapist within a multi-disciplinary team. Through her direct work with children with SEN and their families, Jolene has developed a deep understanding of their challenges and of effective, practical strategies for supporting them. Over the past 10 years, Jolene has also conducted training and customised coaching for educators and parents, equipping them with tools to help these children thrive. Her leadership experience includes serving as Deputy Lead of the Dyslexia Coach team at MOE HQ and Deputy Head of a child development unit. Jolene is passionate about advocating for inclusive, evidence-based practices that enhance the lives of children with SEN.
