Pelecia Seow

Pelecia joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) in September 2019 and is currently the Senior Manager for DAS Academy and Senior Learning Centre Manager for the DAS Parkway Parade and Toa Payoh Learning Centres. She graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business Degree (Banking and Finance). She started her career in the Banking Sector before joining the commercial sector. She held a management position for 12 years in the engineering field before deciding to pursue her passion to work in the social services sector. She hopes to create more awareness within Singapore about Dyslexia and other specific learning differences so that these children will be embraced and recognised for their strengths and talents instead of being stigmatised.
