TARGET PARTICIPANTS
Parents, caregivers, and educators who work with children between the ages of 7 to 14 (Primary 1 to Secondary 2)

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES

Are the children you are supporting bright, but struggling to stay organised, focused, or motivated? Do everyday tasks like completing homework or following routines turn into a constant battle?

These challenges often stem from underdeveloped executive function skills—not laziness, defiance, or lack of ability. Struggles with attention and memory, self–regulation, organisation and time management can compromise performance in school and daily life. It is important that we appreciate these difficulties and learn not to associate them with the children’s personalities.

This workshop will empower you with practical and relevant strategies and approaches to build key executive function skills to help your learners
become more effective in managing themselves. We will help you
understand the hidden hurdles that affect children’s attention, memory, self-regulation, and time management. You will gain insights into why these struggles happen and how you can support children without blame or frustration.
